Terms & Conditions
LIABILITY
G- Cars Executive Travel does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to passengers’ personal belongings or missed flights and events caused by circumstances outside of our control.
INSURANCE
G-Cars Executive Travel is insured for public liability only and this does not include travel insurance for the client.
VEHICLE USAGE
G-Cars Executive Travel will provide a top quality vehicle. However, in the unlikely event of it not being available, every effort will be made to provide an alternative source for the transportation.
VEHICLE DAMAGE
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and exterior of the vehicle and any repairs or replacement will be chargeable.
ANIMALS
No animals other than guide dogs are allowed in the vehicle.
SMOKING
There is a non-smoking policy at all times.
ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR/ALCOHOL/DRUGS
Intoxicated passengers and abuse of the driver are strictly forbidden.
LUGGAGE
We take bookings based on each passenger having an average size suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. If you have extra baggage please provide this information on the booking form.
CHILD SEATS
We prefer you to provide your own child seats and we are happy to provide storage if we have prior notice. We are able to provide booster seats if booked at least 48 hours prior to travelling.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Meet and Greet
The meeting point is at the Airport Information Desk in the arrivals hall. The time arranged is 30 minutes after the landing time or 15 minutes after if you only have hand luggage. The driver will be waiting with a sign saying G-Cars Executive Travel for up to one hour and fifteen minutes after the flight. The scheduled flight arrival times are checked on the day of arrival and the pick up time is adjusted accordingly where possible, although no responsibility is accepted for flights landing early.
Waiting Time
The first twenty minutes of waiting time do not incur any additional charges. Thereafter, a charge of £20 per hour (or £30 per hour between the hours of 2.00am – 6.00am) is made.
CHARGES
Deposits
On acceptance of a booking, a minimum amount of 20% deposit is required. This payment can be made by cheque, cash or credit card.
Business accounts will be invoiced at the end of each calendar month.
For wedding bookings, a £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
Balance
The balance of the amount due is to be paid a minimum of seven working days prior to the event or transfer.
Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable, although if a cancellation is made up to 48 hours prior to the booked date, a refund of 75% of the final balance will be made. There are no monies refunded if a cancellation is made within 24 hours.
Booking Details
It is the client's responsibility to check all information provided on the confirmation of booking forms. A full charge is made if a transfer fails because the details given to G –Cars Executive Travel were incorrect.
Credit/Debit Cards
Please note that a 3% charge is added to all credit/debit card payments.
Cheques
Cheques are to be made payable to G-Cars Executive Travel.
VAT
G-Cars Executive Travel is not a VAT registered company and therefore this is not charged.
